1. LECHA One Service Station Proprietary Limited

The LECHA Energy Group subsidiary company, Lecha One Service Station, is a prominent Shell-branded fuel and service station located in Molepolole, Botswana.

The station is strategically situated at Plot 7482 in Legotlhong Ward, right along the busy Molepolole-Gaborone Main Road. It was established as a joint venture between Vivo Energy Botswana (the distributor of Shell products in the country) and a local company owned by Motswana entrepreneur Stephen Lecha.

Key Features and Services Available

Fuel Products: Offers standard Shell high-quality fuels and lubricants.

Convenience Retail Shop: Includes an on-site convenience store for travelers and locals to grab daily essentials.

Quick Service Restaurant: Features an attached dining option or food outlet for quick meals on the go.

Value-Added Services: Traditional station offerings include standard vehicle care services, such as tyre pressure checks and windshield cleaning.

The site serves as a major convenience hub for both the local growing population of Molepolole and commuters travelling along the primary highway network. 

2. Thulari and Sons Proprietary Limited

The LECHA Energy Group successfully commissioned Petro Hyper Boseja for Thulari and Sons Proprietary Limited. This is a locally owned corporate entity that operates a prominent Petrohyper-branded retail service station in Mochudi, Botswana. 

Operating under a franchise agreement with Petrohyper, this station represents a strategic partnership that aligns with Petrohyper's "citizen empowerment" initiatives to support local Motswana entrepreneurs within the national fuel supply network.

Key Features and Details of the Station

Location: Strategically located in the Chovela / Boseja ward area of Mochudi, serving commuters along major local transport routes in the Kgatleng District. 

Core Products: Retail distribution of high-performance fuel, industrial and automotive lubricants, and liquefied petroleum gas (LPG).  

Convenience Hub: Features an on-site convenience store and bottle store providing quick-stop retail goods and basic travel essentials to local motorists.

Community Integration: As a Petrohyper affiliate, the site often acts as a community touchpoint, occasionally serving as a local ticket distribution partner for regional sporting events, such as the matches of the Mochudi Centre Chiefs football club.

3. Timeline Investments Proprietary Limited 

The LECHA Energy Group was instrumental in the financing of this business. Timeline Investments Proprietary Limited is the locally registered corporate entity that operates a prominent Shell-branded retail service station located in Shakawe, Botswana.

Operating under a franchise agreement managed by Vivo Energy Botswana —the exclusive licensee of the Shell brand in the country—Timeline Investments provides critical fuel logistics and retail operations to the remote Okavango region. 

Location and Strategic Importance

The Site: The station operates under the commercial trade name Shakawe Filling Station.

Exact Location: It is positioned at Plot 263, right at the strategic T-junction heading toward Mohembo.

Local Hub: It sits directly in the commercial heart of the village, located near the Choppies supermarket, Absa Bank ATM, and the local landboard office before the BDF camp.

Key Features and Services Available

24/7 Fuel Access: The station operates open 24 hours a day, making it an essential refueling point for transit vehicles, cross-border travelers heading to Namibia via Mohembo, and local tourism operators.

Premium Shell Products: Retail distribution of high-performance Shell fuels, automotive lubricants, and specialized industrial fluids.

Convenience Stop: Includes a standard layout convenience shop offering food, travel essentials, and basic retail goods to commuters and the local community. 

4. Lake Ngami Lodge Proprietary Limited

The LECHA Energy was instrumental in the financing and operation of this business. Lake Ngami Lodge Proprietary Limited is the registered local corporate entity that owns and operates the official Shell-branded retail service station in Sehithwa, Botswana. 

Operating under a commercial retail agreement with Vivo Energy Botswana—the sole distributor and licensee of Shell products nationwide—this entity manages the remote station under the public trade name Lake Ngami Filling Station.

Location and Strategic Importance

The Site: The filling station is located directly within the Sehitwa area, positioned strategically along the primary highway network in the North-West District. 

Transit Hub: It sits at a critical geographic junction connecting travelers moving between Maun, the Okavango Delta region, and the Namibian border via the Trans-Kalahari route.

Key Features and Services Available

24/7 Operations: The station operates open 24 hours a day, acting as a vital, dependable refueling point in a region with sparse utility infrastructure.

Fuel Offerings: Retail distribution of premium Shell products, explicitly including Shell FuelSave Diesel and unleaded petrol.

On-Site Amenities: Features standard motorist convenience facilities, including public restrooms/toilets for long-distance commuters.

5. Future Sustain International - Samsung Franchisee

The LECHA Energy Group Management Consulting arm was central to the establishment of this business. Future Sustain International (Pty) Ltd is a corporate retail enterprise in Botswana that operates as an authorized franchisee, dealer, and trading partner for the Samsung brand.

The company is best known for managing dedicated Samsung retail stores and distribution outlets across the country. 

Relationship to the Samsung Brand

Retail Operations: Future Sustain International operates under the trade name (t/a) Samsung Rail Park, Samsung Main Mall (both located in Gaborone), and Samsung Mahalapye and Francistown. These physical stores serve as consumer touchpoints for selling official Samsung mobile devices, tablets, electronics, and accessories. 

Procurement & Corporate Tenders: The company handles the B2B supply chain for Samsung products within Botswana, generating procurement quotes and fulfilling equipment orders for corporate and government clients like Bofinet.

Corporate Background

LECHA Management Services led the development of the first franchised store in Railpark Mall; the development of the retail chain to over ten stores nationwide; and the strategic partnership with a private investor. Future Sustain International gained broader local visibility through its financial and historical connections to Babereki Investment, the commercial investment arm of the Botswana Public Employees Union (BOPEU).

6. Miss Botswana

Miss Botswana 2022: Global Digital Strategy & Web Development

Client: Miss Botswana / Lesego Chombo (Miss World Africa)

Project Scope: Digital Infrastructure, Campaign Website Development, and Global Marketing Strategy

LECHA Management Services delivered a world-class digital and marketing ecosystem for Miss Botswana 2022, Lesego Chombo, ahead of her historic run at the 71st Miss World Final. Recognizing that a robust digital footprint is vital for modern international pageantry, our team engineered a high-performance campaign platform designed to capture global audience engagement, amplify her "Beauty with a Purpose" project, and secure crucial public voting metrics.

Our Strategic Implementation

Custom Web Engineering: Built, optimized, and managed the official digital campaign website, ensuring high-availability architecture capable of handling intense international traffic spikes during live voting windows.

Content & Narrative Strategy: Synthesized her local community development initiatives into highly compelling, media-rich digital presentations tailored for the Miss World panel and international stakeholders.

Global Audience Acquisition: Deployed targeted digital marketing frameworks to mobilize both domestic supporters across Botswana and international demographics, creating sustained momentum throughout the tournament.

The Impact

Our strategic execution provided the critical digital visibility and engagement infrastructure required on the world stage. The campaign played a pivotal role in propelling Lesego Chombo into the global top tier, culminating in her being officially crowned Miss World Africa and finishing in the Top 4 globally. This project underscores LECHA’s ability to scale brand narratives internationally through precise digital execution and data-driven marketing.

7. Administration of Justice - Republic of Botswana

LECHA Management Services was part of the team that developed this strategy document. The Administration of Justice (AoJ) Strategy (2017–2023) in Botswana was a comprehensive roadmap designed by the judiciary to reform, modernize, and expedite the delivery of legal services across the country. Developed under the oversight of a Technical Steering Committee led by senior High Court and Court of Appeal justices, this institutional framework directly aligned the judiciary’s operational goals with National Development Plan 11 (NDP 11) and Vision 2036 pillars.

The strategy targeted long-standing system backlogs, resource constraints, and accessibility hurdles through several targeted structural reforms:

1. Accelerated Case Disposal & Backlog Reduction

 Judicial Case Management (JCM) Enhancement: Strengthened the JCM model where individual judges retain ownership of a case from initial registration to final disposal. This systematically shifted control of the litigation pace away from private lawyers over to the bench.

Specialized Courts: Expanded dedicated court tracks to fast-track niche legal matters. This included scaling operations for the Corruption Court (at High Court level), alongside Small Claims Courts, Stock Theft Courts, and specialized Traffic Courts at the magistrate level.

2. Infrastructure Expansion & Capacity Building

Physical Infrastructure: Utilized increased development budgets to construct and modernize judicial centers, including the completion of regional magistrate offices and the central Gaborone High Court and Court of Appeal facilities.

Human Capital Expansion: Drastically increased the number of presiding officers to alleviate strained court dockets, expanding the magistrate bench to ensure wider geographic accessibility across remote districts.

3. Structural Integrity & Operational Accountability

Sheriff’s Office Reforms: Established a centralized, dedicated Sheriff's Office headed by a Senior Assistant Registrar. This targeted historical delays in the enforcement of judgements by strictly supervising independent deputy sheriffs, court bailiffs, and messengers.

Organizational Division Mapping: Streamlined performance targets cleanly across the AoJ's four core divisions: Legal (civil/criminal registries and judicial reforms), Judicial (default judgements and cost taxations), the Office of the Master (insolvencies and estate liquidations), and Corporate Services (manpower and budgeting).
